GENERAL AND FACILITIES

Are visitors allowed?

Visits are not accepted. Only those who are registered at the time of arrival are allowed to use the campsite facilities.

When are the pools open?

The pools will be open from May to September.

When is there animation?

The entertainment activities are from the end of June to the beginning of September, coinciding with the school holidays. On special dates, such as Easter or Halloween, activities may also be planned exceptionally.

Are barbecues allowed?

There is not a delimited area exclusively to carry it out. The client can bring his own. It is strictly forbidden to use pineapples and firewood to light barbecues, with possible sanctions by the forest service of the area. Only charcoal barbecues are allowed. Nor will they be able to interrupt the passage of vehicles.

How many vehicles can I enter the campsite?

One vehicle may enter per accommodation.

Is there Wi-Fi on the premises?

In our facilities we have paid Wi-Fi. It goes by hours of use and is only for one device at a time. The options are 10h for €6, 20h for €10 and 45h for €20.
In some accommodations, Wi-Fi is included in the price.

Do you have parking for caravans?

We have outdoor parking for caravans. We have rates for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and annual.
We cannot ensure the movement of your caravan on a pitch at the time of your arrival. That is why we recommend that you notify us at least 2 days in advance.

PRICES, PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION

What fees are there?

Rates may vary. You can check the prices through our website by making a reservation simulation or by contacting us by phone or e-mail.

What are the payment policies?

Reservations are confirmed with the payment of 30% of the amount at the time of booking and the remaining 70% one month before arrival.

What are the cancellation policies?

We apply the same conditions in case of any change of period or type of accommodation in your reservation.
• With more than 60 days in advance: 5% of the total amount of your stay will be deducted.
• Between 59-40 days before: 15% of the total amount of your stay will be deducted.
• Between 39-30 days before: 25% of the total amount of your stay will be deducted.
• Between 29-15 days before: 50% of the total amount of your stay will be deducted.
• Between 15-8 days before: 75% of the total amount of your stay will be deducted.
• 7 days before your arrival: 100% of your stay will be charged.

ACCOMMODATION AND PITCHES

Is it possible to make a season? Are there long stay offers?

In the Bungalows and Mobile Homes it is not allowed to carry out a season and we do not have monthly offers.
In plots, we have a SUMMER SEASON offer that goes from the beginning of April to the end of September. This amount includes 4 people (with nominative contract) electricity 6amp., 1 car. Includes weekends and holidays in April, May, June and September + all school vacation days in summer.
We also offer LOW SEASON PER MONTH (Holy Week NOT included). Includes 4 people (with nominative contract) light 6 amp., 1 car. only weekends and holidays.

Are dogs allowed?

In the plots, paying a supplement per night.
In accommodation, dogs are only allowed in the Mobile Home Begur and some Mobile Home Pals upon prior request and availability at reception.
Dog-owning clients will have to supervise them at all times. They have to be on a leash, and should never be left alone. The campsite also has an area reserved for the biological needs of dogs. We kindly ask you to use this area (Pipi can). Dogs are not allowed in the Sanitary Blocks, Swimming Pool, Supermarket and Playgrounds.

Can I request a specific accommodation number or pitch?

It is not possible to confirm the specific number of the accommodation before your arrival. At the time of check-in, you will be notified of the site number assigned to you by reception. However, if you have a preference, you can notify us and it will be taken into account.

Lodging check-in and check-out times.

Entrance to the accommodation: From 6:00 p.m.
Departure from the accommodation: Until 11:00 a.m.
If you wish to leave before 8 am, we recommend notifying reception in advance.

Is there a minimum night stay?

In plots, there is no minimum stay.
In the accommodations, in low season there are 2 nights minimum and in high season 7 nights.

Do the accommodations have sheets and towels?

Only the Bungalows Quermany have sheets included in the price.
In the rest of the accommodation, you can bring your own sheets and towels or rent them at reception. The rental price is:
• Sheets: €3.25 per bed per night or €14.50 per bed per week
• Towels: €4 per night for a pack of 2 large and 2 small towels or €25 per week for the same pack.

What accommodations have air conditioning?

They have air conditioning: Bungalows Quermany and Morea, Mobile Homes Bali and Confort.
They do not have air conditioning: Bungalow Campitel and Mobile Homes Pals, Mediterráneo and Begur.

Which accommodations have Wi-Fi?

They have Wi-Fi including the Mobile Home Bali and the Bungalows Quermany.

What is the difference between a Mobile Home and a Bungalow?

Bungalows are made of wood and are like little houses. Mobile homes are like prefabricated static caravans.

Are you asking for bail?

A €100 credit card deposit may be required as a guarantee against possible damages and defects in the accommodation.
This amount will be returned within a maximum of 7 days after your departure date if the accommodation is left in good condition.
In the event that it is considered necessary to carry out an exhaustive cleaning after your stay, the amount of €35 for cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit delivered.
