Reservation policy and terms

Arrivals and departures:
During high season, the minimem stay is of 7 nights and the arrival and departure days depend on each Bungalow / Mobile Home. (1/07/2023 – 31/08/2023)

Payment and deposit
The confirmation of the reservation will take place in advance by the previous payment of the totality. We will give you the confirmation of the reservation when we receive the 30% of the total amount within 7th days and the 70% resting a month before your arrival.
This fee does not give you any right to choose the location or number of the accommodation.
On your arrival day you will have to pay 100€ as a deposit .
This amount will be released on your departure day when our staff will check the accommodation, the cleaning and the inventory. In case that we found it dirty we will discount 35€ as a penalty.

Animals
Only dogs are accepted in the Mobile Home Pals and Mobile Home Begur under previous availability demand.

Rent and extras
Towels, bed linens and kitchen rags are not included in the equipment.
Kitchen utensils and blankets are included.
You can rent sheets, with an advanced reservation and payment (daily -3,25€- or weekly-15,50€-). You can also rent a baby packet (bath, chair and bed) for 5,00€ x day.
